[Watts_New.FTW] [Strachan121102.ftw] FRANKLIN COUNTY, KENTUCKY Will Book 2 1824-1854 Page 183 I, Dennis O'Nan of Franklin County and State of Kentucky, believe my death is near at hand, do make this my last will and testament. First, I give and bequeath to my wife, Lydda O'Nan my house and farm on which I now reside as long as she lives, and at her death, my son Dennis O'Nan is to have the said house and farm by paying two hundred dollars to each of my other heirs. I also give my wife Lydda O'Nan two beds and bedsteads and bed furniture, six chairs and table, all my cupboard ware and cupboard and kitchen furniture, fifteen head of hogs, two milk cows, ten head of sheep, one sorrell mare, one three year old sorrell colt and I also give my wife Lydda O'Nan my negro man Lewis and my negro woman Cordela and my negro girl Ann and one hundred dollars in money and at my wife's death my son Dennis is to have the above named negro girl Ann. I give to my daughter, Sarah Bailey, my negro girl Eliza and my negro boy Daniel. I give to my son William O'Nan, my negro boys Will and John. I give to my daughter, Jane Gordon, my negro girls Susan and Malinda. I give to my daughter, Mary Webb, four hundred dollars in money. I give to my Granddaughter, Tunsletter Quarles, my pacing sorrell mare. The remainder of my property, is to be sold and equally divided between my children and at the deal of my wife, Lewis and Cordela is to be sold and equally divided between my children.
